IT services and support contracts
If your computer system requires development or some technical problems require solution, our IT specialists are ready to help you. In order to use our services, you must conclude a support contract or order services according to necessity. The biggest part of works is done via remote administration, which ensures fast reaction and lower price. Services are paid for on the basis of the hourly rate of 50 euros + value added tax.
Depending on specific arrangements, a standard support contract normally includes the following services:
- Periodic inspection of the computer system once a month or once a quarter, depending on your choice.
- Check and optimisation of the computer and file system.
- Viruses and spyware check, updating of the antivirus software.
- Inspection, updating, and troubleshooting of the system software.
- Computer consultations via telephone.
- Addition of new devices and installation of software.
- Correction of computer system failures.
- Consultations in the field of computer system use.
- Maintenance and setup of the computer network.
- Remote administration via the Internet.
- Maintenance of services.
- Recommendations for purchase of new devices.
All services can also be ordered as a single order. Additionally, we sell and install computers and other devices related to them.

- Prices of the services listed above are valid on business days from 8:00 to 17:00.
- On business days from 6:00 to 8:00 and from 17:00 to 22:00 the time rates are 1.5 times higher.
- At night from 22:00 to 6:00 the time rates are 3 times higher.
- At weekends and on state holidays the time rates are 2 times higher.
- The minimum amount of time paid for time-based jobs is half an hour.
